Hey there, Vietnamese Coffee Lovers! I’d like to use this page to give you some insight into the origins of my company, as well as my personal experiences with Vietnamese Coffee.

I’ve always been a coffee lover and need it to get my day started…. Yes, I admit that I am addicted 🙂 I love to try different types of coffee and am amazed at the different flavours and ways to brew coffee depending on where you are in the world.

After traveling to Vietnam as a backpacker a few years ago in my early 30’s, I discovered Vietnamese Coffee. The Robusta coffee was unlike anything I’d tried before and I was completely blown away by the bold, brash, strong bitter flavour and how it was offset by the sweet condensed milk. The high caffeine content (it’s usually higher than Arabica beans) immediately jacked me up ready to start the day with a bang!

Not only did I fall in love with the coffee, but I also became very fond of the country and its people and ended up staying for an extended period! During that time I decided to combine my passions of Vietnamese Coffee and e-commerce and immediately went to work to manufacture the best quality Vietnamese Coffee Filters. I am extremely proud of my products and brand. “Thang Long” means “Vietnamese Dragon” and also refers to Ancient Hanoi, the capital of Vietnam.

To this day I still enjoy a strong Vietnamese coffee every morning and hope to that you too will enjoy trying coffee in this way. Thang Long is committed to adding quality products and coffee in the future and also to provide you with information and educate you about Vietnamese Coffee.
